At Reliprocare™, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make every purchase a confident one.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it  
• Be in its original packaging  
• Show no signs of wear, use, or damage  
• Include proof of purchase  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or show signs of personal use.

3. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Please note:

• Returns must be approved before being sent back  
• Returns sent without approval will not be accepted  
• Do not send items back to the manufacturer  

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method  
• Processing time: 5–10 business days  

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

If your order has already been processed, you may request a return after delivery.
